• Order History: Information about electrical items purchased, quantities, invoices, delivery dates, and return requests.

3. Payment Information Security

We do not collect, process, or store sensitive financial credentials on our servers.

All online transactions (UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking) are handled directly through authorized, PCI-DSS compliant, RBI-regulated payment gateways (such as Cashfree and Razorpay). We never have access to your card CVV, ATM PIN, or net-banking passwords.
